“It’s not enough to love and cuddle and admire them; their specialised hunting brain and wide range of behaviours need opportunities for expression through regular (at least 10 times a day) chase and pounce activities and interactive games, not a heap of dull inactive toys and catnip.This is absolutely crucial for the mental and physical health, and welfare of all cats, but especially those who live permanently indoors.”
