WHO LIVES HERE? Hannah Young, 35, a Charity Director (on Instagram @theoldredhouse) and Sam, 35, an Educational Psychologist, bought their four-bedroom detached Victorian property in Cheddar in August 2020. They live there with their pet dog, Louis.
WHAT WAS UPDATED? A former bedroom and shower room has been turned into a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub.
WHY THE CHANGE? The existing shower room was too small and the only other bathroom was a small downstairs WC.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE? It took two weeks to plumb and two days to remove the dividing wall. It took six weeks in total to complete the whole room.
