TYPES OF coffee

Coffee comes in all sorts of strengths and sizes, so make sure you buy a machine that suits your family’s café order requirements

Espresso

A shot of black coffee, which can be served solo or used as the foundation of most coffee drinks.

Americano

A shot of espresso, diluted with hot water.

Macchiato

A shot of espresso, with a small amount of milk.

Flat white

A shot of espresso with steamed milk.

Cappuccino

A shot of espresso with steamed milk and foam. Often topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.

Latte

A shot of espresso with lots of steamed milk. A longer drink, this one’s often a popular choice! Most coffee pod brands offer a range of flavoured lattes, too.
