Give it A GLOW

For those books you just can’t put down, make sure you can keep reading into the evening with a well-lit space. Hang a long pendant next to your chair or place a lamp angled over it to best illuminate your latest page-turner. Go for warm-toned bulbs that are kind on your eyes (and less likely to disturb your sleep than a cool light, if you do end up reading past your bedtime). Dot soft-focus accent lamps and fairy lights on side tables and shelving to complete the chilled-out ambience.
