Fan assist

This option has heating elements in the top and/or bottom of the oven and a fan at the back, and is available in both electric and gas ovens.

Fan oven

Fan ovens have a heating element at the back of the oven with a fan that distribute­s the heat. They are always electric.

Convention­al oven

These use top and bottom heating elements that radiate heat evenly throughout the oven.

Pyrolitic cleaning

This program heats the oven to around 500°C, which burns off grease so you just have to wipe away the ash that’s left.

Catalytic cleaning

A special lining absorbs grease while cooking, then breaks it down when heated above 200°C, leaving you to wipe off any excess.
