Mistletoe kiss

YOU WILL NEED

A few sprigs fresh mint 2 limes, cut into quarters

Ice cubes 4 shots amaretto 800ml pomegranate juice Pomegranate seeds, to garnish

DIRECTIONS

■ Divide the mint sprigs between four glasses. Squeeze a lime quarter into each glass then drop into the glass and muddle. Top with ice and pour a shot of amaretto into each glass.

■ Top up with pomegranate juice and stir gently. Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds over the top and garnish with the remaining lime quarters.
