Clever cut-outs
Our bedroom was the first room that we renovated and, after having our walls replastered, I wanted to add pattern without wallpaper, so I decided to stencil a headboard onto the wall. Using a stencil from Dizzy Duck Designs, I practised on the old door before attempting the wall stencil. My top tip would be to put as little paint on your roller as possible and build up the layers… oh, and it doesn’t need to be perfect!
