STEP INSIDE...
WHO LIVES HERE? I’m Sophia Hardy, 38 (@sophia.at.home). I live with my husband, Tom, 38, our children, Harrison, eight, and Wilf, five, and our dog, Bode, in a four-bedroom terraced house in Lichfield. We moved here in October 2015.
WHAT WAS UPDATED? The room was originally Wilf’s nursery, so we removed the baby décor, cleaned the carpets, repainted the walls and added some panelling.
WHY THE CHANGE? Wilf needed more space, so we made the decision to move him into our guest bedroom, which was bigger, and decided to turn this into a guest room and chill-out space.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE? It took us about four weeks in total, including stripping it all back.
