MY TOP TIP is to teach yourself how to do simple home repairs rather than paying to have them done. This has saved us so much money.

MY FAVOURITE THING about this house is its location right on the seaside and by the beach – and we have the New Forest on our doorstep.

MY BEST DIY was boxing in the extractor fan in the kitchen to hide it from view.
