‘I was at rock bottom’

My confidence and anxiety always fluctuates, and has been at rock bottom in more recent years. Starting this challenge helped me to push past the niggling doubt. Me and my mare Whizz have gone from strength to strength — we’ve achieved things I didn’t think we ever would. This year is going to be even better!
