IN SAFE HANDS

-

You know that riding is a risky sport and understand the importance of wearing correct safety gear when in the saddle, but sadly the number of accidents on the road remains worryingly high.

To give you and your loved ones peace of mind when you’re riding, there’s a new piece of must-have safety equipment on the market — the Tocsen Intelligent Crash Sensor by Uvex. In the event of an accident where you’re left unconscious, this piece of kit will call for help on your behalf, ensuring you get the help you need.

Easy to use

The sensor is compatible with any riding hat and in just three steps you’re ready to go: 1 Stick the Tocsen Crash Sensor to your helmet behind your ear

2

Download the Tocsen app (it’s compatible with Android, IOS and Huawei) 3

Connect the app to the Tocsen Crash Sensor (make sure your phone is on you while you’re out riding)

How it works

In the event of a fall, the Tocsen Crash Sensor asks acoustically whether everything is okay; if it’s a false alarm a countdown gives you enough time to disable the alarm manually.

However, if there’s no response from the wearer then the list of emergency contacts in the app and all the Tocsen community users nearby are alerted, so you get the help you need as quickly as possible.

Affordable and practical

The Tocsen Crash Sensor features a rechargeable battery that with normal use lasts around three months thanks to its advanced Bluetooth low-energy technology. The sensor is also weatherproof, meaning bad weather can’t stop you from riding.

There are no monthly fees and you can have an unlimited number of emergency contacts. The Tocsen sensor is fantastic not only for horse riders but also for bike riders and all extreme sports enthusiasts. RRP £79.99
