■ I’ve found an ideal way to boost my spir­its when I’m feel­ing down! I just do some­thing that I have been putting off for ages and

feel guilty about not do­ing, such as clean­ing the cut­lery draw­ers, tidy­ing the gar­den or get­ting in touch with friends and re­la­tions whom I’ve not seen for ages. It doesn’t mat­ter if the friend/ re­la­tion doesn’t call back or no one notices that I’ve cleaned the cut­lery drawer and ti­died the gar­den – my guilt is as­suaged and I feel much bet­ter.
