Just press a button on the back of our Fuss Free Phone to be connected to a friendly UK-based telephonist who has access to your phonebook.

Tell them who you want to speak to by name, then they’ll put you through. They’ll type out text messages, read out replies and look up things for you on the internet, too.

Choose the free No Nuisance Calls service and it will check incoming calls against the numbers in your phonebook; those listed will go straight through to you, all other calls are redirected to a telephonist to assess if they should be connected. Scam, fraud and nuisance calls just don’t get through!

How does it work?

We’ll send you a Doro 6520 handset with bright screen, loud ringer, clear sound, and easy-to-use buttons, configured and ready to go. It comes with a desktop charger and the Fuss Free Phones button on the back.

Simply fill in your Trusted Callers List with the names and numbers of those you want to call and send it back to us freepost. Our telephonists can add more names for you at any time.

Our pre-pay service is just £25 a month for 600 minutes and unlimited texts. We never charge more or cut you off without speaking to you first.
