YOURS (UK) - - Feeling Great -

There are lots of different ways to be kind, from donating money to a favourite charity or helping out a neighbour to volunteering your time. But which ones have the biggest benefits?

“Donating money to a good cause can give you a temporary feeling of benevolence,” says Jane. “But real-life acts of kindness provide a bigger emotional response and, therefore, a bigger health boost. It brings human connection and compassion, which is often very lacking in our daily lives.”

Don’t let that put you off charitable giving, though. “Kindness of any sort has a positive effect on our minds and our bodies,” says Jaime. “It’s so simple, but so powerful. And, best of all, kindness is contagious, so one small thing can have such a big impact.”
