Dana so caring

YOURS (UK) - - Your Letters -

✒ The recent Where Are The Now? feature on Irish singing star Dana revived a warm memory for me. As a journalist in the Seventies I had the pleasure of interviewing Dana in her dressing room while she was starring in panto in Oxford and later on visiting her home and garden in London. While we were chatting during the panto interval she received a huge stuffed lion from a fan. To my delight she named the cuddly toy Brian the Lion in my honour. I wonder if she still has my namesake? I must add that Dana (Rosemary Brown) was one of the most charming young ladies I ever met. No wonder she has made such a success of her life.
