■ Lie on your tummy on the floor with your hands ei­ther side of your head, palms down on the floor.

■ Push into your hands to lift your head and chest away from the floor, feel the spine stretch and ex­tend. Lift as far as you feel com­fort­able then lower back to the floor, re­peat this ten times.
