– LOOSENS YOUR HIPS, PELVIS AND KNEES
■ Lie on your back with both knees bent and your feet on the floor.
■ Pull the right knee towards your chest, then the left knee and hug both knees as tight as you can while you take a deep breath. Lower your feet back to the floor, repeat ten times
