Exercise personalit­y Nancy Marmorat has devised a specially adapted keep-fit programme for people in their 50s and 60s. In this programme Nancy takes you through three gentle stretching sessions, to do every morning and start your day off well. Stretching is a discipline which combines muscle contractio­n and relaxing, to gently make you supple without causing any pain. All the suggested exercises can be done easily, and all pursue the same objective of daily wellbeing. The programme is divided into three parts – Standing, Sitting, and Floor – and covers warm-up, stretching, breathing and balance, and each one is 20 minutes long.
