Ghost Mountain is a short but fun text adventure that was written by author Michael Cox aka ‘compdelta' and was created using PunyInform, which is a library you can use to create old school style text adventures for a whole host of classic systems. After the loading screen which gives us a glimpse of the eerie Ghost Mountain, the game starts, and you find yourself standing in the middle of a dense forest with seemingly no memory of how you ended up there. One thing that is apparent however is the dark and imposing mass that is Ghost Mountain which lies off in the distance in front of you. With no way to go other than towards the mountain itself you set of on an adventure to unravel its mysteries.

As you move closer to the mountain a sense of unease and ultimately terror begins to overwhelm you and in order to progress you must solve some fairly easy puzzles that will

Set three years after the events of Emilia's last adventure, The Queen’s Footsteps, our budding young heroine finds herself awaking in the majestic Villa Briccoross­o on the shores of Lake Como, in the town of Varenna where she is the guest of Princess Lucilla Briccoross­o who's currently preparing for the great ‘Silk Road Rally', an epic race that spans 10,000km from Egypt to China.

Representi­ng her father's renowned ‘Steam Car' company ITA, Emilia is on hand to oversee the delivery of the Princess' new car which she's purchased especially for use in the upcoming Rally. Story set, this is where our four-part adventure game begins, with Emilia exploring the Villa and taking delivery of the aforementi­oned race car. It's then up to you to figure out how to get the car going which involves exploring the local town and shops and interactin­g with several characters.
