On Aug. 9 po­lice in Kyiv stopped the ve­hi­cle of Ser­hiy Mel­ny­chuk, a law­maker and for­mer leader of the Ai­dar vol­un­teer bat­tal­ion. Mel­ny­chuk re­fused to show a driv­ing li­cense, say­ing that as a law­maker, he was un­touch­able.
