‘Bohemian Rhapsody’

Kyiv Post - - Entertainment Guide -

The much-anticipated Queen biopic will be screened in its original English version in several cinemas across Kyiv. It’s a great chance to hear the real voice of Rami Malek, who plays the challenging role of the band’s lead singer Freddie Mercury. Malek did a great job, many critics say, channeling Mercury’s flamboyant rockgod brilliance as if born to it. ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ chronicles the band’s rise from its formation in 1970 to its legendary appearance at the Live Aid concert in 1985, covering its ups and downs and the tragedy of its most famous member. Bohemian Rhapsody. Kyiv Cinema (19 Velyka Vasylkivska St.) Zhovten (26 Kostiantynivska St.) Multiplex (SkyMall, 2T Henerala Vatutina Ave.) Nov. 2-7. Hr 70-210.
