“Bern­stein on Broad­way” is a live mu­sic show ded­i­cated to the an­niver­sary of Leonard Bern­stein, the U.S. com­poser, con­duc­tor and pi­anist, whose par­ents were born in Ukraine. Bern­stein won world­wide ac­claim for cre­at­ing mu­sic for the op­eras “Can­dide” and “A Quite Place”, the mu­si­cals “Peter Pan” and “West Side Story”, as well as the bal­let “Fancy Free” and many other works. The “Bern­stein on Broad­way” mu­sic show in­vites U.S. mu­si­cians such as Kurt Oll­man, Macken­zie Thomas and John Fer­gu­son to per­form some of the best known of Bern­stein’s hits at Ukrainian Ra­dio Record­ing House in Kyiv, on Nov. 18.
