The an­nual doc­u­men­tary film festival about hu­man rights Docu­d­ays kicks off in Kyiv. The festival will fea­ture over 70 films in both com­pe­ti­tion and non-com­pe­ti­tion pro­grams, in­clud­ing the Os­car-nom­i­nated doc­u­men­tary cov­er­ing the war in Syria, “Last Men in Aleppo,” a Hun­gar­ian film about a woman who has been a slave for 10 years “A Woman Cap­tured,” and “Ex Lib­ris: The New York Pub­lic Li­brary,” fea­tur­ing the life of the New York Pub­lic Li­brary. All screen­ings will be with English sub­ti­tles. The festival will also hold ex­hi­bi­tions, morn­ing talks, panel dis­cus­sions, and Q&As with di­rec­tors. Docu­d­ays Film Festival.
