‘Amaz­ing Sto­ries of Crimea’

Kyiv’s Mys­tet­skyi Ar­se­nal ex­hi­bi­tion cen­ter is to present a new big project ded­i­cated to Crimea. The ex­hi­bi­tion fea­tur­ing var­i­ous art­works aims to tell the rich his­tory of the penin­sula – its na­ture, na­tive peo­ple and tem­po­rar­ily in­dwelling peo­ples, their tra­di­tions, and be­liefs. ‘Amaz­ing Sto­ries of Crimea’ will also spot­light the ob­sta­cles that the ter­ri­tory had to en­dure over the course of the his­tory in­clud­ing the lat­est and an on­go­ing one – the oc­cu­pa­tion by Rus­sia that started in 2014. “Amaz­ing Sto­ries of Crimea.” Mys­tet­skyi Ar­se­nal (10-12 Lavrska St.) Feb. 26 - May 5.
