CLAS­SIC GRILLED CHEESE:

Se­lect hearty bread, and but­ter sin­gle sides gen­er­ously. Choose cheeses like ched­dar or Amer­i­can and slice thickly. *Add ba­con or ham in the cen­ter for a ro­bust sand­wich. Use a flat grid­dle on medium heat un­til the cheese melts, flip sand­wich and re­peat on the sec­ond side un­til golden brown.
