BCS Prosoft buys Steward Consulting Inc.
Tulsa, Oklahoma — BCS Prosoft, a technology services firm and provider of Sage, Deltek and Netsuite business management systems, has finalized a merger with platinum-level Sage 100 partner Steward Consulting Inc. BCS will acquire substantially all the assets of SCI. BCS Prosoft ranked No. 55 on Accounting Today’s VAR 100 list for 2018.
The acquisition expands BCS Prosoft’s Sage 100 practice and professional services by adding an office with eight employees in Tulsa, Oklahoma. BCS will also benefit from an expanded presence in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri, where SCI hosts Sage customer conferences and is active in Sage 100 user groups.
SCI founder and CEO Darin Steward will leave the firm to join Scanco as vice president of professional services, with an emphasis on sales of Jobops (Sage 100c Manufacturing). The rest of the SCI team will transition to BCS when the merger is complete.
Dean Dorton Technology launches cybersecurity practice

Leading the new team is Gui Cozzi, who joined Dean Dorton Technology from Top 100 Firm Crowe LLP.
