■ The WESLEY COMMUNITY Saranya Thomas joined as the enriched living program coordinator at Woodlawn Commons in Saratoga Springs. Thomas previously served as a discharge planner at The Pines at Glens Falls Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she worked directly with long-term and short-term geriatric patients.
■ EPILEPSY FOUNDATION OF NORTHEASTERN new YORK Kennedy Lawton joined as the marketing, communications and special events coordinator. Lawton previously served as an events and operations director at the National Cheerleaders Association in Dallas, Texas.
■ CAPITAL DISTRICT YMCA
Hannah White was promoted to wellness director at Troy YMCA. White previously served as a wellness coordinator at the Schenectady branch.
Catherine Van Orden was promoted to wellness director at East Greenbush YMCA. Van Orden previously served as a group exercise coordinator and lead trainer and instructor. Cheryl Misiewicz was promoted to director of the Duanesburg YMCA Early Learning Center. Misiewicz previously served as a member service manager at the Southern Saratoga branch.
■ O’CONNELL AND ARONOWITZ Daniel J. Tuczinski joined as a business law attorney. Tuczinski previously served as a partner at Connor Curran and Schram law firm in Hudson and has an extensive legal background including trial, arbitration and mediation practices, as well as client representation in corporate, business, regulatory, insurance, municipal and land use matters and personal injury.
Karen Martino Valle joined as a business law attorney. Valle, who previously served as principal attorney at Tuczinski Gilchrist Cavalier Tingley, concentrates her practice in the organization and operation of businesses and nonprofit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Roland M. Cavalier joined as a business law attorney. Cavalier has been advising business clients for more than four decades, concentrating his practice in business law with representation of corporate and other business clients including shareholders of closely held corporations, partners in partnerships and members of limited liability companies.
