Civic Play­ers an­nounce sched­ule

The Sch­enec­tady Civic Play­ers will present the fol­low­ing five plays for the 2018-2019 main stage pro­duc­tion of its 91st sea­son at 12 South Church St.:

■ Oct. 12 to 14 and 17 to 21: “The Mad­woman of Chail­lot” by Jean Gi­rau­doux, trans­la­tion by Mau­rice Va­lency, di­rected by Chris Howard.

■ Dec. 7 to 9 and 12 to

16: “Look­ing at Christ­mas” by Steven Banks, di­rected by Mark Stephens. Au­di­tions Sept. 11 and 13. ■ Jan. 25 to 27 and

Jan. 30 to Feb. 3: “The Baby­lon Line” by Richard Greenberg, di­rected by Christo­pher Fos­ter. Au­di­tions Nov. 6 and 8.

■ March 15 to 17 and 20 and 24: “And Then There Were None” by Agatha Christie, di­rected by

Brian Shel­don. Au­di­tions Jan. 8 and 10.

■ May3­to5and8to12: “Ball­room” by Jerome Kass and Billy Gold­en­berg, di­rected by Dun­can Morrison and mu­sic di­rec­tion by Val Lord. Au­di­tions March 3 and 5.

Founded in 1927, SCP is the Cap­i­tal Re­gion’s old­est, long­est-run­ning, con­tin­u­ally op­er­at­ing com­mu­nity theater.

Sin­gle tick­ets cost $20 each and sea­son sub­scrip­tions for the five plays cost $65.
