Fall aviation classes scheduled for teens

GLENVILLE— The Empire State Aeroscienc­es Museum is hosting “Reach for the Sky” Fall Aviation Classes beginning Saturday from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the museum, 250 Rudy Chase Drive.

The program is designed for teens 13-16, and will feature a hands-on learning experience, covering history from the Wright Brothers to the Space Era.

Volunteers 55 and older wanted

SARATOGA — The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Saratoga County’s Office for the Aging is looking for volunteers over the age of 55 to assist with reading to elementary students in Saratoga and Clifton Park.

Volunteer drivers and AARP tax aides are also being sought. Free training will be provided for these and all opportunit­ies are flexible.
