Source: Britton, Yanks agree to $39M deal
NEW YORK — Zach Britton is staying with the Yankees, agreeing to a three-year, $39 million contract, a source said Saturday.
Britton had a 2.88 ERA and three saves in 25 games for New York after a July trade from Baltimore. More MLB: The Mets acquired outfielder Keon Broxton from Milwaukee for relievers Bobby wahl and Adam hill and infielder Felix Valerio.
