■ GOLDBERG SEGALLA Susan Biggins Owens was named partner. Owens works in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in Albany.
Benjamin Bagenski joined the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Bagenski previously worked at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti and focuses his practice on a variety of workers’ compensation claims, counseling and defending clients in all phases of litigation, from intake to trial and appeal.
