Dorothy Rogers-bullis, co-owner of drb Business Interiors in Saratoga Springs, said she is working with her clients to write safety protocols and write plans for employees’ return that involve everyone. She recommends creating a committee of human resources, facilities employees and staffers.
Communication is key, Rogers-bullis said.
”Everyone wants to know what’s going on and how things will be done differently,” she said. “Folks want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Employees are the key to making changes work. These are the process guidelines we are talking to our clients about. It goes beyond furniture.”
