Magoolaghan joins Cartier Real Estate
One of the Spa City's most successful real estate agents is now flying a new banner.
The Cartier Real Estate Group announced this week Gerald Magoolaghan has moved his business to Cartier after seven consecutive years as one of Select Sotheby International's highest performing agents.
Cartier is owned by Melissa Cartier, whose husband, Cohen, owns Cartier Construction Co.
Magoolaghan chose Cartier Construction Co. as the builder of record for his latest subdivision, Mountains Edge at Lake George.
“I enjoyed my tenure with the Select Sotheby’s firm tremendously," Magoolaghan said in a statement. “This decision is purely a business one, as I see value in providing my clients a seamless experience between Cartier Construction and Cartier Real Estate Group as we create a community together at Mountains Edge, like they’ve done here in Saratoga County."
Cartier Construction is completing a 12-lot subdivision in Greenfield Center.
This new project comes on the heels of completion of Magoolaghan’s latest successful real estate development, Schuyler Hills, a 28-lot subdivision in Saratoga. His construction partner there was Cerrone Builders. In addition to new construction, Magoolaghan works with dozens of both residential and commercial buyers and sellers each year throughout Saratoga, Washington and Warren Counties.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Gerry and his many talents to our office,” Melissa Cartier said in a statement. “Beyond Gerry’s impressive new construction expertise, his commitment to a positive experience for clients and work ethic mirrors ours. We look forward to putting our marketing department to work for him and seeing his continued success.”
Magoolaghan is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He lives with his wife, Kelly, in Washington County.
