Skating club holds ice show, classes

BETHLEHEM — Local ice skaters will participate in the Albany Figure Skating Club’s Spring Skating Showcase ice show 4 to 6 p.m. March 12 at the Bethlehem YMCA, 900 Delaware Ave., Delmar.

Admission is $5 per person, free for children 5 and younger. All attendees must wear masks.

The skating club is taking online registrations for its eight-week Learn to Skate program that will be held 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Mondays starting March 14 at the Albany County Hockey Facility Ice Rink, 830 Albany Shaker Road, Albany.

The program provides beginning and advanced skating instruction for recreational skaters, figure skaters and hockey skaters ages 3 to adult. Skate rentals are available.
