Two of Howard Hanna's top sales people will join the conversation: Associate broker Cathy Cooley and salesperson Angela Cugini along with Elizabeth
Byrne-Chartrand, a lawyer whose specializes in real estate and Laura Burns, CEO of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors. Staff writer Leigh Hornbeck will moderate.
Questions will include: "When many houses are selling for over the asking price, how does a listing agent come up with a price?" "What factors should I consider before putting my house on the market?" "How does commission work? Is it negotiable?" The panel will also take audience questions.
