Vietnam vets honored
On National Vietnam War Veterans Day, March 29, veteran and activist Gene Loparco joined Albany County Legislature Chairman Andrew C. Joyce and Deputy Chairwoman Wanda F. Williamham in laying a remembrance wreath at the Albany County Vietnam Memorial in Lafayette Park.
