Hampson, Jeanne Boyer

AUBURN — After a brief illness, Jeanne Boyer Hampson passed away on April 3, 2022.

Born on September 29, 1931, in Geneva, Jeanne lived most of her life in Auburn, N.Y. Jeanne was predeceased by parents, Albert and Beulah Boyer. She is survived by children, David (Carol) Hampson of Rochester, Cheryl (James) Terryberry of Auburn and Daniel (Mona) Hampson of Albany; and grandchildren, James (Derek), Michael (Lis), Sarah (John), and Briana. She is also survived by sister, Carol Greenough of Whitehall, N.Y., and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private. Shiva services will be held from 1-6 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, at the Hampson’s, 37 Flanders Lane, Albany. Masks will be required by all in attendance. A memorial service will be held on April 30, in Auburn.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York or the Auburn Seymour Library.
