Women In War symposium is May 14

SCHUYLERVILLE — A symposium on “Women in War: The Revolutionary Experience” will be held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 14 at Saratoga Town Hall, 12 Spring St.

Author and professor Holly Mayer will be keynote speaker at the event, which will bring together regional and national historians of the American Revolution to provide insights into the experiences and actions of some extraordinary women and the important roles they played in the American Revolution.

The event is being hosted by the Marshall House, in partnership with the Saratoga County 250th American Revolution Commission and the Saratoga County History Center.
