Volunteer sought for oral history exhibit

Community seniors are sought to be photographed and briefly interviewed answering “What are you looking forward to?”

Photographers, oral historians, makeup artists and Colonie Senior Service Centers Inc. staff will capture the hope from local seniors.

The resulting exhibit will be displayed in hard copy and in electronic forms.

CSSC has been awarded a grant from the Decentralization Program, a recent program of the New York State Council on the Arts, toward this program.

It plans on scheduling about 10 sessions over the next few months at places of worship, senior centers, historic sites and libraries.
