PALM COAST, Fla. — Crawford "Crow" L. Burnham, 77, passed peacefully at his home in Palm Coast, Fla. on December 18, 2021, with his loving family by his side.

He was born on December 20, 1943, in Albany to Crawford and Lucille (Bagley) Burnham. Crawford, a native of Albany, moved to Chatham with his wife, Jean to raise their three children. As a young man he joined the Local Union #190 and worked until his retirement in 2000. He loved the building trade. His energy was never ending and with his talent and creativity he was always building something.

Crawford was a loving husband, father, grandfathe­r and great-grandfathe­r. He loved spending time with his family and especially loved his grandchild­ren’s sporting events where he could be heard cheering above all. After retiring to Florida, he spent the next 11 years enjoying cooking, grocery shopping, clipping coupons, and many vacations including Las Vegas and Flagler Beach. His love for the beach became his hangout with a great group of friends who enjoyed playing bocce ball and get togethers. Everyone that knew him will remember his quirky and sarcastic personalit­y.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jean (Peters) of 58 years; his three children, Brian (Tina) of Ormond Beach, Fla., Laurie (Mike) Bennett of Humble, Texas, and Lisa (Andrew) Rippel of Chatham; his grandchild­ren, Scott (Wydea), Brandon (Dee Dee), Ryan Merchant. Jenna, Allyssa, and Jacob Rippel, and Monica Kirk and Chris Burnham; and his great-grandchild­ren, Emma Rose, Ryalin, Madison, McKenzie and the newest addition, Aleesia Jean. He is
