Welch, Tara Gayton

FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. — Tara Gayton Welch, 56 of Flagler Beach, Fla., passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022, after a brief illness.

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Terre Joan Welch. Tara grew up and attended school in Albany. She enjoyed horses, the Saratoga Race Track, her dog Gator, and rooting for Notre Dame football.

Tara was the loving caregiver for both of her parents in the last years of their lives. She is survived by her siblings, Don Welch (Diane), Bryan Welch (Beverly), Maria Welch (Roger), Victor Welch (Barbara), Steven Welch (Melanie) and Kyle Welch. Tara had a special love for her nieces and nephews, Christopher, Rebecca, Rachel, Meghan, Melissa, Kevin, Dylan and Hannah.

A private celebration of Tara’s life will be held at a family gathering in Jupiter, Fla.
