Septic issues? ProSeptic takes crap with a smile

-

Hardly anyone wants to think about septic systems much. We want our drains to drain and our toilets to flush, smoothly and reliably whisking waste out of sight; when that doesn’t happen, it’s an emergency that few of us know exactly how to handle.

Jason Massone, founder and CEO of ProSeptic, understands. He has literally made it his business to know all there is to know about septics and drains so that he and his crew can diagnose any problem that may arise and deploy the latest technology to flush it into history. Along the way, they’ll educate you about the best way to manage your drainage. Massone got into the business because he wanted a job that would let him have a life. “I was an Amtrak conductor for a while, got my CDL and tried trucking, but I was just tired all the time. I realized I really wanted a job that would let me be home every night. I wanted to settle and raise a family.”

Septic companies were hiring, and back in 2005 he gave the work a try and discovered he had a knack for comprehending what was going on underground. Before long, people were noticing and asking him if he’d ever considered going out on his own. And after four years, it was time to give it a shot. “I worked for several companies and learned a lot,” he says. “I decided to create the company

I wanted to work for: a family oriented, customer conscious company dedicated to providing quality informative experience that is affordable. I want everyone we contact to have a good experience.”

According to the vast majority of Google reviewers, the ProSeptic folks are nailing it. “Jason and his whole team were phenomenal,” writes a happy customer. ”From beginning to end they were professional, polite, punctual and most important clean and neat with their work. They walked me through the process so I understood what was happening every step of the way. I will never use another company other than Jason and ProSeptic again!”

Many customers trust ProSeptic for routine pump-outs. “If you get pumped out every year or two, you shouldn’t have any problems,” says Massone. “And our prices are very competitive.”

If a problem does arise, ProSeptic has the right earth-friendly, cutting-edge technology to diagnose and solve it quickly and effectively, from advanced inspection cameras to specialized drain snaking tools and hydro-jetting equipment. “Hydro-jetting is the future of pipe cleaning,” says Massone. “It’s basically a way to pressure-wash the inside of a pipet, which a snake can’t do. There’s a jet in the front that attacks clogs with 4,000 psi of water, and five additional jets that clean the entire 360 degrees of the interior surface. It’ll deep clean the cruddiest pipes. It can also cut through ice clogs if your pipes freeze.”

ProSeptic provides all types of septic services from Westchester to Saratoga, serving over 6,000 customers a year, keeping buildings safe and healthy. “We take crap from anyone,” notes their homepage.

“It’s one of those things people don’t really want to deal with, but sometimes you have to,” says Massone.

“That’s where we come in -- we get things flowing again.”
