Gabler Realty expands with Legacy Team addition
Gabler Realty, a womanowned, Delmar-based real estate firm led by Judi Gabler, is expanding with the addition of The Legacy Team, a brokerage led by Anthony Wolcott.
Wolcott is moving his license and four-person team over to the Gabler Realty in response to challenges in the Capital Region residential real estate market. Operating with 100 percent commission structure and producing more than $12 million in sales volume in 2022, Wolcott is focusing on expanding his business with a supportive, traditional firm that offers enhanced clerical and marketing support.
“This was the point where we had to look ahead to the next chapter. Faced with needing to provide more support to my team, I found myself confronted with a decision to hire or find help in another broker,” Wolcott said. “Seeing what Gabler Realty had to offer and knowing they shared our core values of dedication, service, and trust — the right decision to move was clear to see.”
The residential real estate market remains competitive. Inventory of new homes is down 30 percent, year-over-year, according to the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, resulting in a depressed supply of homes as buyer interest ramps up.
“We’ve only just begun but I already feel a lot more supported and I know we’ve made the right move for not only our team, but our clients too,” Wolcott added. “Despite leaving a 100 percent commission structure company, we’re more confident than ever in having a successful financial future for our businesses. You can’t beat the support structure Gabler Realty offers and it’s worth every penny.”
