Rollover snarls traffic at rush hour

ALBANY — A tractortrailer rolled over on a ramp near the interchange of Interstates 90 and 787 on Friday afternoon, snarling traffic ahead of rush hour.

Around 3 p.m. the truck dumped what appears to be construction debris. The rollover initially closed the westbound ramp to Interstate 787 south and the ramp connecting Interstate 90 west to I-787 north.

Two hours later, traffic on 787 was moving in both directions while at least one ramp remained closed.
