WILTON MANORS, Fla. — Yvonne M. Hotaling born on February 28, 1924, in Albany, N.Y., passed away October 12, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, William G. Hotaling, and her daughters, Jackie Westfall, Marie Hotaling and Yvonne Price. She is survived by her daughters, Claudia Hoffman and Kelly Hotaling; her son, William G. Hotaling; six grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren and two sisters in New York. Yvonne enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, crosswords puzzles, reading the daily newspaper, fishing and the Marlins.
A gathering is scheduled for Tuesday, October 16, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Kalis-mcintee Funeral & Cremation Center where a service will be conducted at 6 p.m. On line condolences www.kalismcintee.com

Irene is predeceased by her husband, Lawrence "Bud" Jones; and her siblings, Robert Shaw, Mary Fonda, Dr. Roswell Shaw, William Shaw, June (Shaw) Bennett, Harry and Frank Shaw.
The Shaw Family owned and operated Shaw Dairy for many years in Barkersville. The family wishes to sincerely thank Jim Hurley and Home Instead, Glenville Hills Fire Department, Ellis Hospital and Kingsway Com munity/manor for assisting in her care and comprehensive needs.
Funeral services 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 18, from Centre Glenville UM Church, Corner of Bolt Road .@ Rte 147 in Glenville.
The Jones family will receive visitors at the church prior from 10-11 a.m.
Interment will follow in the Shaw/jones family plot at Barkersville Cemetery.

He was a member of the National Guard for six years in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s. Pop was a Yankee fan, a Siena Saint fan, he followed auto racing, and liked bowling, hunting and fishing. Many thanks to the nurses and aides at Riverside for the compassionate care given.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Joan Knickerbocker; three sons, Roger (Dale) Knickerbocker, Dennis Knickerbocker, Lee (Lindsay) Knickerbocker; grandchildren, Christine, Staci, Michael, Mark; greatgrandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Gabriel, Kristian, and Kaylynn.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, at Ray Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave., Castleton, followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 1 p.m.

He is also survived by his uncles, Dr. Richard Lavigne (Kathleen) of Guilderland, and Dr. Gregory Lavigne (Jane) of Menands; and his aunt Suzanne Mest (Dennis) of Clermont, Fla.
Doug played baseball in the Westland Hills Little League and he graduated from Holy Cross Elementary School in 1975. He graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1979 where he played football and was honored as All Big Ten Conference center. In addition, he was elected a member of the National Honor Society of Secondary Schools, was awarded membership in the Society of Distinguished American High School Students and he attended and completed the course in the American Legion Boys’ State of New York.
Doug graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam in 1983 where he majored in industrial distribution engineering. He started his career with Eaton-cutler Hammer in sales. He was then employed by Siemens Energy and Automation, Inc. from 1987 to 1999 reaching the position of general manager of the Busway Systems Business in Spartanburg, S.C. Doug then continued his career from 1999 - 2010 with Siemens Healthcare, USA and was promoted to senior vice president of marketing. His final employment was with Thorpe Electric in Rensselaer.
In July of 2016, Doug moved from West Chester, Pa. to Shushan, where he purchased a farm house built in the 1800s along with a 240 acre maple syrup farm just five miles from where his grandmother, Winifred Stanton Lavigne was born.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Doug’s family on Monday, October 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Mcveigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen St., Albany. Funeral services on Tuesday, October 16, at 8:15 a.m. in the Mcveigh Funeral Home, thence to Blessed Sacrament Church, Albany at 9 a.m. where his funeral Mass will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal will be held in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands immediately following the funeral Mass.
