Stephentown

Raider will use images of government posters from that time that were used to get Americans involved in supporting and fighting in what some regarded as “Europe’s war.”
He will pipe a commemorative tribute at 6 a.m., the hour the treaty was signed to take effect at 11 a.m., on the morning of Nov. 11 at the Stephentown Veterans Park as part of a global tribute. All pipers will be playing the retreat march “When the Battle’s Over.” Church bells will ring out at 2 p.m.
