Car burglaries being investigated
BETHLEHEM — Fifteen cars were broken into and ransacked overnight in the Old Delmar neighborhood, police said Thursday.
Police are investigating the rash of car break-ins, which occurred between Wednesday night and into the early hours of Thursday. Items stolen from the vehicles include change and electronics.
Police said that the vehicles that were broken into were unlocked.
Police urge people to lock their vehicles, leave valuables in the vehicle out of view and to leave exterior lightning on overnight.
