Troy police investigating homicide

Troy police officers conducted a welfare check at 5:30 p.m. Sunday and discovered a homicide victim, Deputy Chief Dan Dewolf said.

The victim is a female in her early 20s, according to Dewolf.

The incident was at 491 Pawling Ave., near Sacred Heart Church, at the intersection of Blakely Court.
