Rose, Captain John Patrick

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It is with broken hearts the loved ones of Captain John Patrick Rose, U.S. Army, retired, announce his sudden passing on January 4, 2019, in Louisville.

Patrick was born in Albany, May 1, 1966, and most recently called Osgood, Ind. home where he lived with his wife, Holley Rose; and his “boys”, Keith, Dustin (Faith), and Will Meador. He was always entertained by his grandson, Landon Meador. Patrick was cherished by his parents, John and Joyce Rose of Belleview, Fla.; and father-in-law, Wayne Peace of Indiana.

Patrick had a special bond with his nephew, Michael Bernardin and niece, Cassandra Jones, children of his sister, Christiane Rose (John) Giovannetti, (affectionately nicknamed by Patrick “The Pasty Family”). Additionally, Patrick was loved deeply
