John Meehan (a.k.a. Dirty John) left a long line of victims in addition to Debra Newell. This two-hour special dives deep into his backstory with family, friends and the many women caught in his evil web. Through the lens of his female victims, we begin to understand the psychology of how and why they dated John and the pain they suffered while in his grasp.

STREET OUTLAWS: NO PREP KINGS
Discovery Channel, 9 p.m. Season Premiere! In the new season of the epic race series, the rules have changed and no one is safe. Race masters Chuck and Boosted lead the infamous Street Outlaws crews as they compete with the fastest no prep racers in the nation for a shot at cash and other prizes valued at more than $500,000 — the biggest No Prep Series payout in history. Among the highlights, Ryan Martin returns to challenge former no-prep champion and rival Birdman after last year’s upset.
KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP: “SPOTS AND STRIPES FOREVER”

Based on author Justin Cronin’s bestselling trilogy, The Passage is an eerie yet heartwarming thriller that focuses on a secret medical facility where scientists are experimenting with a dangerous virus that could lead to the cure for all disease, but also carries the potential to wipe out the human race. When a young girl is chosen to be a test subject, federal agent Brad Wolgast (Mark-paul Gosselaar) refuses to bring her in and sets out to protect her at any cost.
DONNA SUMMER: DISCO QUEEN
REELZ Channel, 9 p.m. Donna Summer launched to stardom during the 1970s disco era, when her remarkable talent changed the music landscape. Thanks to songs like “Love to Love You Baby” and “I Feel Love,” Summer would spend nearly 40 years in the spotlight, selling more than 100 million records. But mystery would surround the diva’s final years as a cancer diagnosis saw her pull far away from the public eye. Helping to tell Summer’s life story in this special are interviews with people close to her throughout her career.

Meanwhile, Dr. Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez) and Dr. Browne (Antonia Thomas) must find a way to complete their patient’s bone marrow transplant, despite the quarantine.

This short documentary from writer/director Galen Summer shares the story of the NFL cheerleaders who became involved in a controversy when they posed for Playboy magazine in 1978. Sidelined made its world premiere at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival and is a timely reflection on a culture still grappling with the double standards of female sexuality.

New Series! Staten Island was home to New York’s most notorious mafia families. Now, a new crop of hustlers has emerged. The coming-of-age series follows eight Staten Islanders as they battle each other, and the odds, to step out from the shadows and change the reputation of the island. These friends will either choose wisely or fall prey to the mistakes of past generations.

Willing to follow any lead to keep his son safe from The Major, Ben (Josh Dallas) heeds Cal’s (Jack Messina) calling to help Captain Daly (Frank Deal) clear his name for what happened to Flight 828. Meanwhile, Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh) assists Autumn (Shirley Rumierk) in her own journey of redemption — but has Autumn truly set out to redeem herself, or is she still working against the passengers?
